In this sector, she was most recently SVP of Business Development at Bristol-Myers Squibb and a Trustee of the Bristol-Myers Squibb Foundation. Previously, she has also served as a Trustee of the Dana Farber Cancer Institute and a member of the Board of Directors at Affinivax, a private vaccine company recently sold to GSK. She is currently a director at Monterey Innovation, a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), a director at the Big Sur Health Center, a non-profit rural healthcare facility, and the Co-Chair of Lava MaeX, a non-profit clean water/mobile hygiene organization based in San Francisco. She is a member of the California State Bar, is licensed by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, holds a Bachelor of Science and Master’s degrees in Biology, and a Juris Doctorate in Law.
