Prior to Good2Go and for more than 25 years Fran Heller was an executive in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries with expertise in business development, licensing, and legal affairs. In this sector, she was most recently SVP of Business Development at Bristol-Myers Squibb and a Trustee of the Bristol-Myers Squibb Foundation. Previously, she has also served as a Trustee of the Dana Farber Cancer Institute and a member of the Board of Directors at Affinivax, a private vaccine company recently sold to GSK. She is currently a director at Monterey Innovation, a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), a director at the Big Sur Health Center, a non-profit rural healthcare facility, and the Co-Chair of Lava MaeX, a non-profit clean water/mobile hygiene organization based in San Francisco. She is a member of the California State Bar, is licensed by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, holds a Bachelor of Science and Master’s degrees in Biology, and a Juris Doctorate in Law.

Pete Gualfetti
VP, Design & Integration
As the Head of Design and Integration, Pete builds relationships with retail partners, manages the improvement of Good2Go’s proprietary technology kit and project timelines, leveraging his construction expertise to scale up Good2Go’s commercial installations. His background includes diverse experiences in private real estate development as a consultant, owner representative, advisor, and project manager for clients with unique construction challenges. Before his work in real estate, Pete worked in biotechnology, engineering enzymes for industrial application and cancer therapeutics at Genencor in Palo Alto, California. He has a Bachelor of Science from Colgate University and a Ph.D in Biophysical Chemistry from Penn State University.

James Vanreusel
CFO
James provides corporate finance and CFO advisory services through his own firm, Vanreusel Ventures and helps organizations develop strong foundations upon which to scale and replicate. Typically he serves clients who are early-stage and VC-funded (Series A - Series D). With Mathematics & Accounting degrees from the University of Kent, an MBA in Finance & Marketing from Rice University Business School and many years of experience, James brings the expertise startups want and need.

Ashley Hauff

Ashley Hauff is an enthusiastic sales professional with over 15 years of experience in sales leadership. During her career, she has spearheaded product development projects, business development efforts, and account management of various Fortune 500 companies. She is passionate about developing and maintaining strong relationships centered on trust with each of her customers. With in-depth knowledge of effective sales strategies and outstanding presentation skills, she attributes her success to understanding her customers, developing the right action plan for their unique needs, and being committed to ensuring they realize the value in the solutions they choose. Ashley has been a lifelong resident of the state of Michigan, having graduated from Oakland University in Rochester and residing in metro Detroit.

Colton Coty

With an extensive background in strategic marketing communications, Colton positions Good2Go’s brand and products as a key technology solutions provider and thought leader in the loss prevention and asset protection industry. He previously led the marketing communications department at Lava Mae, a Bay Area-based non-profit organization that mobilized mobile showers and toilets to people experiencing homelessness. Before Lava Mae, he worked in hospitality and tourism in San Francisco and Los Angeles in retail, coffee, and museums. Colton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Planning from San Francisco State University and currently resides in his hometown of Los Angeles, CA.

Kate Lavelle

Prior to Dunkin’ Brands, Ms. Lavelle served as Global Senior VP for Finance and Chief Accounting Officer of LSG Sky Chefs, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lufthansa Airlines from January 2003 until August 2004. Ms. Lavelle served in various other management positions for LSG Sky Chefs, from March 1998 until January 2003. She began her career at Arthur Andersen LLP, where for more than 10 years she served as Senior Audit Manager in charge of the administration of audits and other professional engagements. Since January 2012, she has served on the Board of Directors and is currently Chairman of the Audit Committee of Sonic Corp. He now manages thousands of industry partnerships and oversees four of Google’s products that each serve more than a billion users.
